1. Non-Refundable Services

All purchases made on Placy are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once you have purchased a course, live session, or digital product, the fees paid are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. No Obligation to Refund

You acknowledge and agree that Placy is under no obligation to refund any fees or applicable charges paid by you, whether in full or in part, including (but not limited to) the following situations:

  • Change in the start date, schedule, or duration of the program.
  • Your inability to attend, complete, or participate in the course or program.
  • Modifications to the course structure, content, or delivery format.
  • Change in your personal circumstances or availability after purchase.

3. Exceptional Refunds (if any)

In rare, exceptional cases where Placy chooses to offer a refund, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The refund may be provided either in cash or as a credit voucher to be used for future Placy courses/programs of equivalent value.
  • The mode, amount, and eligibility for such refunds shall remain at the sole discretion of Placy.
